Doncaster LINk is made up of a network of individuals, organisations and community groups who work together to improve local services in both Health and Social care. Anyone can be involved.
Doncaster LINk is here to find out what people like and value about local services, identify gaps in services or to make suggestions on how existing services can be improved. This is achieved by the Doncaster LINk working with people who provide them, such as the local council or NHS Trusts, by working togther we can help to make services better and more tailored to meet the needs of the individuals in Doncaster.

The purpose of Doncaster LINk is to promote, encourage and support the involvement of local people in shaping their Health and Social care services by:

  • Obtaining your views about the need for, and experiences of, local health and Social Care services.
  • Raising the concerns of local people.
  • Helping services provide better care.
  • Influencing those who make decisions about new or existing services.
  • Having a stronger local voice

The host for Doncaster LINk is The Carers Federation. The role of the Host is to support the Doncaster LINk in achieving its aims of better Health and Social care services in Doncaster.
